By accessing or using Reelengineai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

Reelengineai is an AI-powered platform that helps users generate, edit, schedule, and publish short-form video content. We may update features, pricing, and capabilities from time to time.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

You agree that you will not use Reelengineai to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights
• Generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, hateful, fraudulent, or explicit content
• Abuse, harass, or interfere with other users or the service
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without authorization

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Reelengineai, including compliance with the rules of platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and others, and with all applicable laws.

Reelengineai offers credit-based plans. 1 credit = 1 second of generated video. Plans include Starter, Creator, and Studio tiers with different credit allowances and feature sets. Full details are available on the pricing page inside the app.

Credits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Credits purchased through a plan or top-up do not expire while your account is active. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

We may change subscription prices or credit allowances with notice to active subscribers. Any recurring subscription will renew automatically until you cancel it.

By connecting a YouTube channel to Reelengineai, you authorize us to use the YouTube API services to upload and manage videos on the channels you select. You acknowledge that your use of YouTube API services is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's privacy policies.

Reelengineai's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use the data we receive to provide and improve the Reelengineai service, and we do not transfer that data to third parties except as necessary to operate the service or comply with legal requirements.

You can revoke Reelengineai's access to your YouTube data at any time through your Google security settings or by disconnecting the channel in Reelengineai.

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or generate using Reelengineai, including scripts, images, voiceovers, and final video renders. By using the service, you grant Reelengineai a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your generated content does not infringe on the rights of any third party. Reelengineai does not claim ownership of your content or any intellectual property rights in your outputs.

You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time through the billing settings in the app. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the current period unless required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though any published content on third-party platforms may remain subject to those platforms' terms.

The Reelengineai name, logo, software, and all related content are the property of Reelengineai and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or intellectual property except as necessary to use the service.

Reelengineai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will achieve specific results, views, or performance on third-party platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reelengineai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reelengineai and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Reelengineai operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
