When you create a Reelengineai account, we collect your name, email address, and a secure authentication identifier managed by our auth provider. We use this information to identify you, secure your account, process payments, and communicate with you about your service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity that occurs under your account. We support strong authentication and recommend enabling any available two-factor or social sign-in protections offered by your provider.

Reelengineai uses Google OAuth to make sign-in convenient and to connect to YouTube on your behalf. When you sign in with Google, we request only the scopes necessary to provide the service:

• Verify your identity and basic profile information
• Connect to the YouTube channels you explicitly select
• Upload videos to the YouTube channels you authorize

We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or other Google services. You can review or revoke Reelengineai's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

When you connect a YouTube channel, we store the channel identifier, channel title, and the OAuth tokens needed to publish videos on your behalf. These tokens are encrypted at rest and transmitted securely.

We only use YouTube access to upload videos you have created, scheduled, or approved in Reelengineai. We do not read your private YouTube analytics, delete videos, modify your channel settings, or take actions beyond publishing the content you explicitly authorize.

You can disconnect a YouTube channel at any time from the Social Accounts page in Reelengineai. Disconnecting revokes our ability to publish to that channel and removes the associated tokens from our systems.

We store your account data, generated scripts, video renders, publishing schedules, and social account tokens in secure cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption.

We apply strict access controls, role-based permissions, and row-level security to limit who can access your data. OAuth tokens are never exposed through public or client-facing APIs and can only be used by our secure server-side publishing pipeline.

Generated content and project data are retained while your account is active. You may delete individual videos, series, templates, or connected accounts from the app at any time. Some logs and billing records may be retained for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

Reelengineai uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. These may include essential authentication cookies, preference cookies, and basic analytics cookies.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect your ability to sign in or use some features of the service.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to object to processing, request data portability, or withdraw consent.

To exercise your rights, update your account information in the app or contact us at the email address below. We will respond to requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, such as hosting, payment processing, AI model providers, and email delivery. These providers are only permitted to use your data to perform services on our behalf.

We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using Reelengineai, you consent to the transfer of information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised policy.
